1、首先，我们要养成不挑食，不偏食的习惯。在日常生活中要吃各种粮食，水果，蔬菜，鱼肉，蛋，奶等。你一旦有偏食，挑食的习惯了，就容易引起营养失调，抗病能力低下，身体发育不良，影响我们的健康。比如吃太多糖容易引起胃病，皮肤病;肉吃过多容易导致动脉粥样硬化，冠心病;吃太咸容易使血压升高等等。

二、我的任职优势

三、我的工作设想
如果领导信任、同事们支持，让我当选部长，我将结合咱们公司的实际情况，以饱满的工作热情和高度的责任感开展好以下工作：
1、协调好各方面的关系，主动向黄主管等领导汇报工作，以提高我的业务水平，得到上级领导的理解和支持；经常和部长们交谈，以进行工作上的交流和学习；经常和其他员工聊天，征求好的意见和建议，以融洽关系，方便工作。
2、进一步为顾客更好的服务。以公司的守则规范自己的行为，比如：见到客人要带着微笑问好，服务客人要勤快等。
3、积极协调面点房、洗碗间阿姨和档口与员工的关系，进一步提高工作水平。
4、常常与别的公司的员工接触，学习他们的优点，以服务咱们公司。
