大家好，我今天跟大家谈论的话题是：青春。
青春，是个充满了阳光气息和泥土芳香的字眼，就像乡间小路上骑着自行车疾驰而过的少女那氤氲着诱人气息的长长秀发，显得那么飘逸而又充满了诗情画意。此时，它是如此地纯。青春，同时又是个危险的注脚。它可能意味不计后果的肾上腺素激增，意味着漫不经心的打砸、烧杀与抢掠，意味着刻骨相爱的同时却又无情的互相伤害。而此时，它又显得那么的复杂。
青春是成长，是蜕变，是毁灭，也是升华。青春是一场无声的兵慌马乱。只是，关于青春的一切，都逃不开挣扎。
青春犹如方糖，对吧?有棱角的，易碎的，荒.唐的、甜蜜的……这种甜蜜是要亲身用舌尖的热量，才能融化，才能品尝……你总不能隔岸观火，人生总有这么一个阶段，一个做什么也快乐的阶段，一个说什么也真诚的阶段。笑他们，皆因我们曾经荒.唐过，爱他们皆因我们曾经甜蜜过。

父亲依然坐在吱吱作响的木椅上，手撑着沉重的脑袋，左手不停地比划着，像是在写字，又像是在绘画，总之谁都无法看清他的心底。他只是沉默着，凝注着夜空的星星，星星在黑漆中闪烁着耀眼的光芒，月光照射在父亲银白的发丝上，月光太清冷，而我父亲的心却暖呼呼的，一股暖流融入我的心田……
我的父亲时而喜欢沉默寡言，时而有新欢口若悬河;时而眉开笑颜，时而又怒气冲冲……父亲是一位情绪化的人。我的父亲有两条火烧云似的眉毛，又粗又黑，仿佛在冲我们微笑，那样迷人;眉毛低下正藏着一双圆溜溜的眼睛，又大又黑，就像两颗晶莹剔透的水晶球，那样明亮;高高的鼻子正坐落在正中央，像是在显威风，那样高贵;嘴唇则像一张红地毯，薄而红润，如樱桃般甜腻着人们的心田。父亲就是这样，平凡而纯朴。
还记得小时候，我们一家人都喜欢去春游。带着一颗激动的心，就来到那春意盎然的草地野炊。从那时起，我就喜欢上了草儿。草丛王国里有蚯蚓在钻土,甲壳虫在艰难的推着粪球，蚂蚁齐心协力搬运食物，还有毛毛虫扭动着他那迷人的腰，一切都那么美，那么清新，我被大自然的芬芳吸引着。
父亲依然靠在大树旁，捡一本厚而小的书，津津有味地看着，我则是遨游这草丛王国。可是不妙，原本开心的我被藤条缠绕住，一头栽倒泥土上，我的下巴破了，血鱼贯而出，手脚都失去了知觉，我在寂静中喊出了哭泣声，父亲听到后，急切地赶来，父亲见我狼狈的样子，露出嘲笑的嘴脸说：这么小的藤条就把你伴到了，将来会有无数个粗大的藤条，你那时又会怎样克服困难呢?你这么脆弱，将来会受多少伤呢?又怎么可能会在社会立足呢?父亲的话语把我这个娇气公主给唤醒了，我抹抹脸上的泪珠，父亲微笑着说：女儿，现在你要勇敢的自己站起来，你要战胜那些阻碍你的藤条!
我努力站起来了，刺痛中有股清凉的风吹过，父亲依然在远方挥舞着他那粗壮的手臂，我努力奔向父亲，投入父亲温暖的怀抱。父亲让我学会不管在生活中，还是在社会中，都要自力根生，努力生长，不怕冷风寒雨，都要有一颗坚贞不屈的心。
我和父亲每当谈起这件事，母亲都会嫣然一笑。父亲就是这样，纯朴、坚强、冷静、执着、热心，最重要的是，我的父亲有一颗快乐而轻松的心，那是早已开满花的心境，在他的心田，我快乐茁壮的成长。

大家好！我演讲的题目是《励志成功，始于信念》。我先给大家讲个故事。
在非洲的一片茂密丛林中，走着4个皮包骨头的男子，他们扛着一只沉重的箱子，在密林里踉踉跄跄地向前走。他们跟随队长进入丛林探险，课时，队长却在任务即将完成时患疾病二不幸长眠于丛林中了。
临终前队长把亲手制作的箱子托付给他们，并十分诚恳地说： " 如果你们能把这个箱子送到我的朋友手里，你们将得到比金子还宝贵的东西。 "
埋葬了队长之后，他们便扛着箱子上路了，道路越来越难走，他们的力气也越来越小了，但他们仍然鼓起劲往前走着。终于有一天，绿色的屏障突然拉开了，他们历经千辛万苦之后终于走出了丛林，找到了队长的朋友，可是那个朋友却说： " 我一无所有啊！ "
于是，打开箱子一看，竟是一堆无用的木头！就这么个故事，看起来队长给了他们一箱无用的木头，其实，他却给了他们行动的目的，使他们获得了比金子还贵重的东西——生命。这个故事启示着我们学习，做任何事情必须要有着明确的目的和奋斗目标。
聋哑人跳起了美丽的千手观音，盲人登上了珠穆朗玛峰，双腿下肢被截去而重新驾驶飞机返回蓝天……许多正常人都难以做到的事情，这些残疾人却把它们变成了现实，这不能不让人感到惊讶，也更被它们坚韧的毅力，永不放弃的精神所感动，他们成功的主要原因就是有着必胜的信念，朝着目标，永不放弃。
" 凡事预则立，不预则废 " ，确定了奋斗目标，如何才能坚持不懈，如何才能永不放弃，那就必须要有行动的计划，成功的信念，这是你行动的向导，是你挖掘和运用体内潜能的催化剂。
如果你认为自己十分突出，你就真的会很优秀；如果你想象渺小，你就会落后于人；如果你想象勇敢，你就会真的无所惧怕；如果你想象辉煌，你就会变得很伟大。
因为当你行动之前进行头脑热身，构想要做之事的每1个细节，梳理心路，然后把他们深深铭记在脑海中，当你行动的时候，你就会得心应手，应付自如。
同学们，励志要有着明确的目标，目标的实现要有成功的信念，从现在开始，让他们在你的想象中成为现实——去感受它们，经历它们，相信它们。相信，不久的将来你就会看到它们最终变成现实。

i often wonder what friendship is. friendship is too big a topic to talk about either specifically or generally. i guemost of us are still in a puzzling state about what friendship is, and i myself should be included. maybe people who define friendship according to his own life experience will say that they have a good concept of friendship, which i think is too narrow to get an objective definition of it.
but how hard it would be to talk about friendship without mixing personal feeling in it, especially when it comes to the matter of closest friend. so here i would like to share my views with you about friendship, about my closest friend. i have had friends since i was born, some of whom have come along with me through my life, and it is impossible to always keep your friends around you since departure is one part of life that everybody must experience.
though some of you may oppose me by exaggerating the connotation of the concept of being together that is friends may not stay together physically but they can stay together always psychologically,
i still hold that departure is an absolute thing. how could it be possible that your friend (even your closest friend) always keeps you in heart as he/she had, is having and will have different experiences from yours?
somehow different experiences make up of different hearts. mansquo;s heart is a quite strange thing. never think that one can wholly touch it. sometimes our heart is so abstract that you donsquo;t even know how to get to them. if we take heart as a cube, and closest friend a gentle breeze, this breeze can only blow one facet of this cube from one direction and can rarely reach any other sides of your heart.
isquo;m not sure whether i have put it very clearly but believe me that there are no fixed closest friend in your life. with different time, place, space, emotion and situation, you have different closest friends. when i play basketball, i have a closest friend who knows how to cooperate with me and together give our opponents a deadly attack; when i am alone and feel so lonely, i have a friend who can always comfort me by saying that he is my friend; when i am in need of money, the one who comes all the way and lend his money to me without any hesitation is my closest friend;
when i am proud and a friend dares to stand out to warn me that i should keep modest, he is my closest friend; and, when i read old man and the sea, i think hemingway is my best friend. you see then, how many closest friends i have. but i must say, though i always want to keep all of them in my heart, they are not actually always in my heart.
they have their own friends and their own life. winston churchill once said that theresquo;s no perpetual friend, nor perpetual enemy, only perpetual interest. i guehesquo;s right in some way.personally i think it is a shame for people who take a pet as his closest friend as this is a sheer insult to human being and an absolute indignity for the word friendship.
if a dog is his closest friend, what is human to him? you can imagine how would a person with his animal closest friend do to people. and maybe sometimes a dog can give him mental comfort, but what a dog likes best is just a bone. friendship is indeed an inborn desire of mankind, and it is relationship between people, not between people and animals. if you seek friendship, please seek it from people, from people around you.actually i have much more to say but… your criticism welcome!

however, as a personsquo;s whole life is concerned, success becomes very complicated. is fortune success? is fame success? is high social status success? no, i donsquo;t think so. i believe success is the realization of peoplesquo; s hopes and ideals.nowadays, in the modern society there are many people who are regarded as the successful. and the most obvious characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life. so most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. but the problem is wether it is real success. we all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. if we keep chasing them, where is the end? what will satisfy us at last? therefore, we can see, to get the real success we must need something inside, which is the realization of peoplesquo; hopes and ideals.
different people have different ideas about success; cause peoplesquo;s hopes and ideas vary from one another. but i am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. these are the best treasures. so now i am very proud that i have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. it is my success, cause i raise up to challenge my hope.
